Our 4-Step
Build Process

1. Consultation & Site Review — Every project starts with a free on-site meeting with Chris. We walk the property together, discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, then provide a detailed written scope and estimate.

2. Design & Permits — We coordinate with your architect (or our design partners) to finalize plans, then manage the entire permitting process with the City of San Diego or county jurisdiction. No trips to the permit office for you.

3. Construction — From grading and foundation to framing, mechanical rough-ins, drywall, and finish work — our crew handles every phase with hands-on supervision. You’ll receive regular progress updates and have direct access to Chris throughout the build.

4. Final Walkthrough & Handover — We conduct a thorough punch-list walkthrough together, ensure every detail meets your expectations, and hand you the keys to your new home with full warranty documentation.
